To the UH College Suites Community:

Your health, welfare and safety are most important when you stay at UH College Suites. Noting that the news is dominated by Coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to personally reach out and let you know the decisions we’ve made to protect the health and safety of our students and staff.

We are closely monitoring the guidance of the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention regarding the spread of the virus.  Our focus is to ensure we meet our residents’ needs while doing our part to keep you, our staff, and our community safe. Colleges are to notify UH College Suites and the Health Department immediately of any known cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and work with us to determine a strategy for each individual case.
 
Here are some highlights:

  • We’ve always been proud of the cleanliness at UH College Suites, and we know that keeping it clean and sanitized is even more important now.
  • In addition to our daily cleaning efforts, we’re increasing the time spent cleaning and sanitizing high touch point public areas, to include fob access points, elevator doors and buttons, door handles, locks and latches, and public bathroom fixture handles.
  • We have restricted daytime and overnight guests visiting UH College Suites.
  • The UH College Suites office will remain open. However, we have restricted access to our office with a gate at the entrance door. If you have a maintenance request please click the following link: Submit Maintenance Request
  • Out of an abundance of caution, we also have removed the candy bowls located in the UH College Suites.
  • Bottom line: we want you to feel comfortable at UH College Suites.

In addition, we are taking steps to ensure the welfare of our staff.  This includes:

  • If they are not feeling well or an immediate family member is not feeling well, we ask that they stay home to avoid passing it to others.
  • Keep their hands clean and wash their hands properly. We ask that they use hand sanitizer whenever possible.
  • Regularly wiping down and sanitizing their workspace.
  • Maintain a healthy lifestyle (proper diet, sleep and exercise) to help keep their immune system strong.
  • Importantly, if they have flu-like symptoms, they are advised to consult a doctor and seek medical care.

Your health and well-being are our highest priority and we truly appreciate the trust that you place in us when you stay at UH College Suites.

Below is a list of reminders we encourage you make a part of your daily routine.

  • Notify your college if you are ill with FEVER, COUGH, SHORTNESS OF BREATH
  • Wash Hands Often
  • Cover Coughs and Sneezes
  • Coughing and Sneezing into your Elbow is Recommended
  • Avoid Touching Your Face
  • Clean and Disinfect Often
  • Avoid Others if you are Sick

Our summer term is in full swing with many renovation projects occurring simultaneously at UH College Suites, which we hope you enjoy when you arrive in August for the 2019 - 2020 Academic Term.

For those of you who have been housed, we are currently in the final stages of housing and roommate assignments. An email titled UH College Suites Final Confirmation of Residency with your actual assigned apartment number, bedroom number, roommate names, and move–in instructions will be emailed to you during LAST WEEK OF JULY/FIRST FULL WEEK OF AUGUST.  While we make every attempt to honor apartment and/or roommate requests, there are no guarantees.

Move-in for the 2019 - 2020 Academic Term will begin on the following dates for your respective College/University:

For those who may be participating in orientations, trainings or athletics; move-in days will be adjusted accordingly for your respective College/University based on lists, dates and times that are provided to UH College Suites by your respective College/University. Be advised that if your name is not a list provided by your respective College/University, you must adhere to the above-mentioned move-in dates.

For those arriving during normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 4:30pm) on designated move-in days, UH College Suites Management staff will here for you to pick up your move-in packet (which includes your keys) in the lobby of the A-Building – Main Building of UH College Suites.

For those arriving after normal business hours or on weekends, UHA Public Safety/Security will be available for you to pick up your move-in packet (which includes your keys) in the lobby of the A-Building – Main Building of UH College Suites.

UH College Suites is offering a Pay-in-Full Discount option for the 2019 – 2020 Academic Term License Agreement (9-Month ONLY).

 

A-Building – Main Building:

2 Bedroom/1 Bath – Pay in Full Discount Price – $7780.00

4 Bedroom/2 Bath – Pay in Full Discount Price – $6968.00

 

B-Building – New Addition:

2 Bedroom/1 Bath – Pay in Full Discount Price – $8447.00

4 Bedroom/2 Bath – Pay in Full Discount Price – $7549.00

1 Bedroom/1 Bath – Pay in Full Discount Price – $8849.00

Studio/1 Bath – Pay in Full Discount Price – $8490.00

 

To be eligible for Pay-In-Full-Discounts, payments MUST be received by August 1, 2019.

 

If you requested parking in our lot or garage, you may INCLUDE that payment in your check. If you are interested in garage parking act now as there are still a few spaces left. Contact our office to reserve a garage parking space.

Direct Deposit/Direct Pay/Wire Transfers -

If you are interested in setting up direct deposit/direct pay/wire transfer from your financial institution to ours, please email info@uhcollegesuites.com separately to receive proper bank routing information.

Online Credit Card Payments -

UH College Suites will continue to offer the option to make your rent payments online using RentPayment. The RentPayment service has a percentage-based transaction fee when you make online payments. When making online payments there is a $4000.00 maximum allotment per transaction.
