Our summer term is in full swing with many renovation projects occurring simultaneously at UH College Suites, which we hope you enjoy when you arrive in August for the 2017 - 2018 Academic Term.

For those of you who have been housed, we are currently in the final stages of housing and roommate assignments. An email titled UH College Suites Final Confirmation of Residency with your actual assigned apartment number, bedroom number, roommate names, and move–in instructions will be emailed to you during LAST WEEK OF JULY/FIRST FULL WEEK OF AUGUST.  While we make every attempt to honor apartment and/or roommate requests, there are no guarantees.

Move-in for the 2017 - 2018 Academic Term will begin on the following dates for your respective College/University:

For those who may be participating in orientations, trainings or athletics; move-in days will be adjusted accordingly for your respective College/University based on lists, dates and times that are provided to UH College Suites by your respective College/University. Be advised that if your name is not a list provided by your respective College/University, you must adhere to the above-mentioned move-in dates.

For those arriving during normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 4:30pm) on designated move-in days, UH College Suites Management staff will here for you to pick up your move-in packet (which includes your keys) in the lobby of the A-Building – Main Building of UH College Suites.

For those arriving after normal business hours or on weekends, UHA Public Safety/Security will be available for you to pick up your move-in packet (which includes your keys) in the lobby of the A-Building – Main Building of UH College Suites.

Once again, UH College Suites is offering a Pay in Full Discount option for the 2017 – 2018 Academic Term (9-Month ONLY).

A-Building - Main Building:

  • 2 Bedroom/1 Bath - Pay in full discount price $7482.00
  • 4 Bedroom/2 Bath - Pay in full discount price $6746.00

B-Building - New Addition:

  • 2 Bedroom/1 Bath - Pay in full discount price $8123.00
  • 4 Bedroom/2 Bath - Pay in full discount price $7319.00
  • 1 Bedroom/1 Bath - Pay in full discount price $8507.00
  • Studio/1 Bath - Pay in full discount price $8165.00

To be eligible for Pay in Full Discount, payments MUST be received by August 1, 2017.


Payments can made be in the form of check or money order and should be made payable to UHCS. Please make sure your name is indicated on your payment.


If you requested parking in our lot or garage, you can INCLUDE that payment in your check. If you are interested in garage parking act now because there are still a few spaces left. Contact our office to reserve a garage parking space.

If you are in the area, payment can be dropped off in the UH College Suites Management Office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. or 1:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday – Friday or in the black rent drop box conveniently located on the wall in the lobby of the A-Building – Main Building next to the Public Safety/Security Office.


Direct Deposit/Direct Pay/Wire Transfers:

If you are interested in setting up direct deposit/direct pay/wire transfer from your financial institution to ours please email separately to receive proper bank routing information.


Online Credit Card Payments:

UH College Suites will continue to offer the option to make your rent payments online using RentPayment.

The RentPayment service has a percentage-based transaction fee when you make online payments.

When making online payments there is a $4000.00 maximum allotment per transaction.

***When taking advantage of our “Pay in Full Discount” offer you will need to make two online transactions to reach the full amount. UHCS will refund the cost of the second transaction fee ONLY in the form of a check to the student once they have moved in.***

March 10, 2017:

We are still accepting applications for our upcoming 2017-2018 terms as space is still available.

In order to be considered to receive housing at UH College Suites, we require a completed application packet.

A completed application packet consists of of the following:

  • Completed Housing Application. – Click the green “Apply now” tab on our website.
  • $200.00 Application Fee.
    • Make check or money orders payable in U.S. Currency to Renaissance Corporation of Albany** (RCA).
      • **Renaissance Corporation of Albany or RCA is doing business as UH College Suites.
    • Credit Card Payments – Click on the “Pay your Rent online” icon on our website.
      • Please be advised there is an additional convenience charge of 2.95% to make payments online.
  • Application Fee Policy Signature Page.

Please be advised that all applicants are initially placed on our Wait List. Once your application is complete, you will receive notification of application status. Placement is based on the date we receive your $200.00 application fee. Once housed, three emails will be sent to you in regards to your placement. The first two emails reference your housing reservation reserving your specific space at UH College Suites and a license agreement that needs to be electronically signed. The third email will be a final confirmation of residency which includes your actual room assignment and roommates.
