The unique cultural diversity of the residents living within UH College Suites is unlike any other student housing community thus adding enrichment to education that is far from textbook.
From the discipline of pharmaceuticals, to the endless study of the law, expressiveness of the liberal arts, and intensity of medicine… the UH College Suites residents come from all over the United States and from different countries.
We are proud and privileged to have residents such as ours call 100 Union Drive, Albany, New York home.
Our mature and focused residents appreciate the Management and Staff’s efforts to make UH College Suites feel like their “home away from home.” The not-so-typical student housing amenities make their grueling study requirements just a little bit easier.
UH College Suites is open during the holidays, school vacation periods and throughout the summer. This allows flexibility with work, school scheduling and travel arrangements.

Home away from home:
UH College Suites Management and Staff strive to create the best atmosphere possible enabling students to feel at home during their stay. With their instinctive ability to truly know and understand the needs of the student population, Management and Staff are able to build strong relationships that stay intact for years.
Immediate resolution:
With the Management and Maintenance Staff available Monday through Friday, students find that most of their questions, issues, or maintenance requests are resolved in a timely manner.
Security:
University Heights Association (UHA) Public Safety is stationed within UH College Suites after business hours, on all weekends, and during holidays. UHA Public Safety also patrols all University Heights affiliated properties throughout the day.
Appreciation:
To show appreciation for a great bunch of residents who, in return, strive to collaborate with fellow roommates, residents, Management, Staff and UHA Public Safety officers — to make UH College Suites a great place to live — The Management and Staff are constantly creating fun events for the students especially around the holidays. Fall fests, turkey dinners, Spring events, BBQs and more are planned throughout the academic session. Ice cream socials, BBQ charcoal grills, and picnic tables are available during the summer session.
